Dan is passionate about helping people transform their health and live life to the fullest. He believes in the body’s ability to heal itself when any obstructions to health are removed.
He graduated from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London and has practiced as a registered Osteopath for many years in the both the UK and Australia. During this time, he has expanded his knowledge and skill set enabling him to help those who have not obtained the results they desired elsewhere. His knowledge in nutrition, lifestyle, bloodwork analysis and Functional Medicine compliments his hands-on manual therapy skills. If you’re ready to do what it takes to reclaim your health, he’ll be with you every step of the way as your guide.
Dan’s passion in creating VITAL Health has been driven by the understanding that we can all live in a body that is strong and healthy, given the right knowledge, coaching and support. It is his goal to help the local community and surrounding areas connect with a brand new version of themselves, ensuring they live the fulfilling and active lives they deserve.
Sports Therapist & Pilates Instructor
A former trampoline competitor, Lauren was forced to quit at age 14 due to severe lower back pain. Her experience led her to train as a Sports Therapist with the goal of ensuring that others were not subjected to the same sub-standard care she had received. She is now able to provide her clients with effective rehabilitation services along with skilled hands-on treatment, enabling them to return to enjoying their hobbies and interests pain free. If you have acute pain that has lasted 2-6 weeks, then Lauren will be on hand to help.
Lauren is also our trained Pilates expert and Menopause expert in training! She currently leads the pilates classes here at VITAL Health and will be providing Menopause services very soon. Keen to keep clients active, mobile, and connected to the activities that bring them joy, Lauren’s experience and expertise make her a truly effective practitioner.
Georgia has always been passionate about wanting to help people and is a keen sportswoman. This led her to discover Sports Therapy.
After graduating at The University of Essex with a Bachelor of Science degree, Georgia then gained further experience working in both a sporting and clinical setting.
Georgia has seen first hand what effect an injury can have on your life.
Georgia will provide the appropriate guidance, motivation and mindfulness to help you to improve on your health and wellbeing. Therefore, she is excited about her future here at Vital Health and wants to treat every patient with the upmost care and support. She knows that a patients needs and wants come first. An avid netballer, Georgia is aware of the importance that a hobby or activity can bring to your life, which makes her passionate and understanding.
Sports Massage Therapist
Having spent most of her early career as a professional dancer, Grace has experienced her fair share of injuries and understands how they affect day-to-day life (minor & major!)
After discovering massage therapy whilst receiving treatments as a dancer, Grace was able to see first-hand the great recovery results as well as the overall sense of wellbeing treatments had to offer.
Since training with the London School of Massage, Grace has added holistic, pregnancy massage and cupping to her skill set to enable her ability to change our clients lives for the better on a daily basis.
Sports Massage Therapist and trainee Osteopath
Andy is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and trainee Osteopath who draws on his deep understanding of the human anatomy to treat patients. He believes in treating the body holistically as a unit and draws on his Osteopathic training and principals during his treatments.
Andy will work with you to create a treatment plan to suit your needs, using sports and deep tissue massage techniques.
When not studying, Andy is a keen sports enthusiast who has competed at county level swimming, and he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his young daughter.
Andy works in clinic on Thursdays and Fridays.
Co-Founder & Birth Coach
Holly believes pregnancy and birth have the power to shape a woman’s experience of Motherhood, herself and the world around her.
Since Becoming a mother to 3 little boys, Holly trained as a Hypnobirthing Coach offering bespoke birth preparation classes for parents-to-be. Women deserve to be connected to their intuition, power and innate knowledge when pregnant and preparing for the birth of their babies and Holly believes that this is achievable with the right support, knowledge and care.
Supporting Mothers through the early years of post-partum has become a passion that is paramount in supporting the local community, they say that it takes a Village to raise a child and the same can be said for Mothers. VITAL Birth is that supportive and compassionate village modern families seek.
Julia has a background and great knowledge in the health, hairdressing and beauty industry. She has always worked closely with clients and takes great pride in getting to know them and their needs, and making them feel comfortable in the clinic environment. Julia loves chatting to people, or as she puts it...being nosey!
After losing a lot of weight herself, Julia takes a great interest in being healthy and how important it is to look after ourselves. When Julia isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and going out for long walks with her dog.
Sophie has a background in teaching and is always coming up with new ideas to implement within the clinic. Sophie is a long-standing member of the team and is much loved by all of our clients. If you don't see Sophie at the front desk, then she is probably enjoying a holiday and making memories!
Sophie has such a caring nature and will always lend an ear when you are waiting in reception - plus she loves a chat!
