I can highly recommend having treatment at VITAL Health. At my consultation meeting I explained to Lauren the pain I had in my arm & shoulder for so long. With her professional expertise she got to work on it straight away. Over these past few weeks I am almost pain free, just a tiny little niggle now & then still in my shoulder but with Lauren’s magic thumbs & 3 more treatment’s to go I know she will be rid of it. Plus there is always a warm welcome smile when you arrive by one of the lovely team receptionist’s.

I went in with lower back pain, and symptoms of sciatica. After a careful and in depth examination of the issue, I was given an 8 week programme, everything they did helped, with pain moving around the back and legs they adapted each session to target what was need whilst not forgetting to work on the main issue. Everything went perfectly for 8 weeks and the pain slowly but surely subsided with their help and the programme they provided.

This is my second batch of treatment at VITAL Health. The first time I was treated by Dan and greeted by his partner Holly. He worked absolute wonders on my knee and I was back to normal in a very short time. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming which made me come back when i needed treatment for a back problem. This time I’m being treated by Lauren, she is fantastic and after every visit I feel so much better. Every time I visit the clinic I get a lovely welcome from reception which brightens my day. After feeling that treatment for an old shoulder injury wasn’t delivering the results I was expecting, I turned to the team at VITAL Health for help. Upon arrival I was greeted with a very warm and professional welcome. The reception area and treatment room has a very calming, clean and modern feel to it. It has the ambience of a high-end spa. The first consultation with Lauren was spent discussing my ailments and pinpointing the root cause of my problem. I’m pleased to say this was done with a very holistic approach and she took the time to explain in great detail exactly what was wrong, how it was affecting me and how it could be rectified. Unfortunately I suffer with anxiety, however I was shown how and why my injury was having a negative impact on my mental health. A treatment and recovery plan was soon agreed. Sophie, the lovely receptionist, was able to book my appointments for my whole treatment plan and the times suited me perfectly. Within a few sessions I could tell Lauren not only has the professional experience to help me, but also the strongest thumbs in Essex! I can’t recommend Lauren and Sophie enough. Once my injury has been cured, I shall be booking in for regular “tune-ups”. Thanks once again ladies, keep doing what you’re doing!

Everyone was very welcoming for my first time visiting them and the 4 sessions that I received helped with my sports injury and was very happy with how helpful and in depth the information given to me was. Been using VITAL Health now for a few weeks after suffering with a few muscular issues stopping me playing football at my best. The treatment I’ve recieved has been fantastic and I’ve been able to keep playing weekly and stay on top of the issues I’ve been dealing with.
