Chiropractor
Michaela is a fully qualified chiropractor, registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC reg. 06653) and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
She holds a Master of Chiropractic from the University of South Wales, where she trained as a student clinician at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic teaching clinic and provided pitch-side support for a local rugby club. This experience shaped her particular interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.
Michaela’s path into chiropractic began during a period of reflection back home in the Czech Republic, where she realised she wanted a career built around working closely with people and helping them improve their health. Watching her mother, a holistic massage therapist, build genuine relationships with the people she helped left a lasting impression and eventually led Michaela to chiropractic as the profession that felt most aligned with the practitioner she wanted to become.
Her approach is patient-centred and evidence-informed, taking time to understand not just symptoms but how they affect everyday life. She combines hands-on chiropractic care with exercise, rehabilitation advice and education, and believes strongly in keeping patients involved in decisions about their own care, explaining what’s happening and why, so nothing feels like it’s being done to them rather than with them.
Outside the clinic, Michaela enjoys quiet time with her two cats, running, and going to music festivals. Originally from the Czech Republic, she’s recently relocated to Essex and is proud to be part of the Chelmsford community.
