If you’re living with recurring back pain, sciatica or have previously been told you have a disc problem, this free educational workshop will help you better understand what’s happening and the options available to you.

Does Your Back Pain Keep Coming Back?

Your back feels better for a few days or weeks… then suddenly the problem is back again.

Perhaps sitting or driving aggravates it. Maybe you experience pain travelling into your leg. Or you’ve previously been told you have a bulging or herniated disc but aren’t sure what that actually means.

During this free 60-minute workshop, the VITAL Health team will explain disc-related back pain in straightforward, easy-to-understand language.

The aim is simple: To help you leave with a much better understanding of your back and the different options available to you.

What You’ll Learn

During the workshop, we’ll cover:

✅  What disc-related back pain actually means – without complicated medical terminology.

✅  Why back pain can keep returning – even after symptoms initially settle.

✅  Back pain, sciatica and nerve symptoms – and why discomfort can sometimes travel into the leg.

✅  Why certain activities can aggravate symptoms – including prolonged sitting and driving.

✅  How persistent back problems may be assessed and managed.

✅  Different treatment approaches – including where Spinal Decompression, MBST and other forms of conservative care may be considered.

Practical everyday advice to help you better manage your back.

There will also be time to ask questions at the end of the workshop.
