Myself and my husband have been coming to vital health for ongoing health issues. We both really benefit from Lauren with the Pilates groups and massage and Dan with osteopath . I highly recommend the whole team at vital health very kind and helpful team.

As a fitness enthusiast who loves training hard at the gym and going on long walks/ hikes I have found myself needing longer rest periods within the last year. However, this hasn’t been the case recently since seeing Georgia and receiving her amazing sports massages that truly release the tension and knots in my back and legs. Apart from being professional she’s also so bubbly and makes getting my regular massages a fun experience. Can’t recommend her enough!

After just 1 visit I was able to get a full night’s sleep! I’ve been unable to get more than 4hrs for at least the last year! Very knowledgeable, and confident in knowing what they’re doing here. Actually listened! And worked a base plan out to help my severe knee problems.

Attended Vital Health for a badly damaged MCL and PT. Dealt with by Lauren (Queen of Knees). Superbly managed with effective treatment that gave me the rapid return to training I was looking for.

I have recently injured my knee while training for the London marathon, vital health were great rearranging things to get me an appointment & Lauren has been amazing getting my knee sorted so I can go on a snowboarding holiday that was already booked (which I didnt think I would make). Highly recommend vital health & especially Lauren if you have a knee injury.

I have been seeing Lauren for help with my knee and ankle. Have been in pain since breaking my knee nearly three years ago. After five sessions I am not in pain, I have no swelling, I have movement and I can walk  further than a mile.

I was experiencing pain in both shoulders and a friend recommended Vital Heath.I booked an appointment.at my first appointment I met Georgia who was going to administer my treatment This young woman has magic hands and after 3 or 4 treatments my shoulders were much better I continued the treatment for another 4 weeks and I now have know pain at all.If your in pain and need help give Georgia and Vital Heath a try you won’t disappointed.

Georgia is very professional and really knows her stuff. Came in with a very painful shoulder and other issues. She has talked me through all my aches and pains and given me exercises to help alleviate the pains!! So glad something is finally working. Thanks Georgia you’re a star.

I have had a course of six sessions with Georgia and the sciatica I have had for many years is now greatly improved. I no longer have the constant pain in my back and leg. My posture has also improved. Everyone is very friendly and always smiling. I would happily recommend any one to try them.

I was sceptical of physio but was prepared to try anything to relief the pain in my back. It was a lovely atmosphere, a very relaxing experience and I actually felt an improvement straight away. Would highly recommend.  My partner has been using them for some time.

For the last 10 years I have had progressive spine issues in my lower back and more recently my neck. Being in my mid 40’s life convinces you that this is something to “just get on with”. Dan and his team at Vital Health have a different view. Their determination to help me be mobile and as pain free as possible is unbelievable. 6 months ago I hit my lowest ever point after going on holiday with my family and being in continuous pain. Cannot recommend VITAL Health enough. Was met with a warm welcome from reception staff followed by fantastic treatment from Lauren who was able to reduce my pain after just one session. I have seen Lauren for various treatments for both neck pain as well as lower back pain and have never felt better. I currently visit for treatment once a month to keep on top of my aches and pains. Fabulous clinic with fabulous staff, would never go anywhere else.

Been using VITAL Health now for a few weeks after suffering with a few muscular issues stopping me playing football at my best. The treatment I’ve received has been fantastic and I’ve been able to keep playing weekly and stay on top of the issues I’ve been dealing with. This is my second batch of treatment at VITAL Health. The first time I was treated by Dan and greeted by his partner Holly. He worked absolute wonders on my knee and I was back to normal in a very short time. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming which made me come back when i needed treatment for a back problem. This time I’m being treated by Lauren, she is fantastic and after every visit I feel so much better. Every time I visit the clinic I get a lovely welcome from reception which brightens my day. I would recommend that if you have a problem give VITAL Health a call.

I went in with lower back pain, and symptoms of sciatica. After a careful and in depth examination of the issue, I was given an 8 week programme, everything they did helped, with pain moving around the back and legs they adapted each session to target what was need whilst not forgetting to work on the main issue. Everything went perfectly for 8 weeks and the pain slowly but surely subsided with their help and the programme they provided.

I can highly recommend having treatment at VITAL Health. At my consultation meeting I explained to Lauren the pain I had in my arm & shoulder for so long. With her professional expertise she got to work on it straight away. Over these past few weeks I am almost pain free, just a tiny little niggle now & then still in my shoulder but with Lauren’s magic thumbs & 3 more treatment’s to go I know she will be rid of it.
